/ The engagement, mapped

We diagnose before we build anything

Every engagement starts with a week of listening. We map your intake flow, find where time is actually lost, then build a voice agent around what we find — not around a template.

Audit your intake flow

Rebuild the workflow logic

Voice agent goes live

Handoff with full documentation

We record and map every step of your current intake process — calls, forms, follow-ups. No logic written yet. Just observation.

Your agent is deployed with your real scripts and real intake questions. It handles calls from day one — we monitor and adjust in real time.

You receive the complete workflow docs, agent logic, and edit access. The system runs without us — that is the point.

Using your audit findings, we draft the call scripts, question sequences, and routing logic. You review and approve before anything goes live.

Common questions

What people ask before signing on

What if my process isn't documented?

Do I need to stay on retainer after handoff?

That's exactly what week one is for. Most clients have no written process — we record calls and shadow your workflow to build the map from scratch.

No. You own the workflow and every document we produce. If you want ongoing support, we offer it — but the system runs without us by design.

Will four weeks actually be enough?

How much of my time does this require?

For a single intake workflow, yes. We scope tightly — one clear process, one live agent — so the timeline holds. Larger rebuilds are quoted separately.

One 60-minute intake call in week one, a review session in week two. After that, we handle the build. Your involvement drops to near zero by week three.

The process is the same for every client. The services page walks through each deliverable so you know exactly what you're getting before we talk.
